  On the phone they said pizza cost 29$ when it showed up at the door said it was 50$ then when I opened the box there was barely any toppings I was wondering why I seen so many Domino's cars driving around I will never order from kelowna Pizza hut again

  Crust was way too thin and floppy for what was supposed to be a cheese filled thick crust.

  After the wrong pizza was given to me, the manager argued with me about on the phone and then hung up on me. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. Pizza wasn't hot either.

  Ordered pizza and dough was really raw. When I called they said It was my fault because I had too many toppings (4 toppings) and extra sauce. I said i didn't order extra sauce and he argued with me saying I did. He told me he would credit me 5 bucks because they had a five dollar deal on. I said I didn't want 5 dollars for my 25 dollar pizza....i want a pizza i can eat! I told him i just wouldn't order there again. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 instead of a one, is because the nice delivery guy called me back. He apologized on their behalf, made a new pizza for me and delivered it for free. Still wont order there again though.

  So it was the last night of Hanukah and my wife and I decided to order pizza for the family. I ordered at 5:45 pm and my four kids eagerly awaited dinner. They told me 1 hour tops, so after 7:00pm hit I thought I better give them a call. They said that they apologize it was extremely busy with the holidays. I am an understanding person and said no problem after i was assured it was coming soon. 7:45pm hits still no pizza!? I call back a second time and they told me they thought the delivery time was 8:00 pm? I explained to them that I ordered at 5:45pm and it was supposed to be there within an hour. The guy then asks me "Well do you even want it still?" I said well ya I have been wanting it since 5:45pm, but if the delivery time was for 8:00 pm like you said it should be almost here right? He then says well no we haven't made it yet but we can do it right now?!!??!?! They told me they would give me some sort of compensation for the 2hours and 15mins we have been waiting. I received a call at 8:30pm from the driver saying they couldn't find my place! Anyways by the time the pizza finally got there at 8:45pm 3 hours later there was no discount given. The worst experience I have ever had with a Pizza company and will never order again from these guys. Bad business guys.
