  Every single staff member had a smile and a "have a great day", the food was quire reasonably priced, arrived quickly and tasted great... We'll be back again and again.

  Horrible service. We walked in there this morning at 10 am. Gentleman with beard walked up to to us, no hi nothing. " HOW MANY ? " I SAID 2 please. He says name ? I said Lori and he write down karen. I just said no sorry my name is Lori. HE LOOKED AT US AND SAYS. " I REALLY DON'T CARE ! "

  Worst coffee I have ever tasted in a restaurant. I had to stop eating and having coffee there, it was so bad.

  She returned with no food, the manager explained their was a 7$ charge because the voucher was only good for 10$ a piece (we didn't know the value, nor was there any mention of us owing money upon pick up). The manager was extremely rude, when she said she was unaware of the outstanding money, he quickly replied "not my problem" and walked away.

  We have money were not poor, we would have gladly gave them the extra change. Now I will never ever eat here.

  We were evacuated from Joe rich last night due to the wild fire, we were given accommodations at the Ramada which was awesome. Unfortunately we got food vouchers to Perkins. We ordered breakfast and I sent my gf down to grab the food, I stayed behind in the room because we had the dogs with us.

  Waiter had a great attitude . Getting out breakfast was painfully long. My toast barely browned, my wife’s over down. Undercooked eggs. Better off to go to McDonald’s. Big chains go under if customer satisfaction is lacking. This place has bad reviews. Time to change management and the cooks.... just saying. Good luck in the future
