  Completely satisfied with the service I received from vantage west and more specifically Simon Ward our realtor. As a first time home buyer there were a lot of unknowns for me that Simon helped me understand. Professional but also casual to help take the intimidation factor out of purchasing my first house. He went out of his way to help with things I wouldn’t have expected a realtor to help me with even after the deal was done. Lining up winterizing the pool at the new house and putting me in contact with a plumber he knew personally to install a hot water tank for me at a good price. This meant a lot to me as I work out of town and he took care of it while I was away. Nothing but a good experience, would defiantly recommend.

  Through the whole process we received excellent communication, information, trustworthy advice and they worked with us at our pace. Offering insightful and practical advice, he helped us gather the information we needed to feel comfortable with our eventual purchase. We always felt that Jared was looking out for us, particularly when working through a negotiation with a (very challenging) out of town seller. Jared's patience and professionalism throughout this whole process were amazing - especially when dealing with cross-timezone contract wrangling. Even after closing Jared has remained supportive and available, we consider him "part of our team" and would not hesitate in recommending him.
