  The absolute worst service at a bar I have ever been to. A bartender named Ryan refused to give me water and I had to ask multiple times for him fulfill my order as he constantly said “I don’t know what that is”. If I was on the liquor board he would have been fired immediately.

  The staff and management at Level were so helpful and kind. The door staff gents were super nice and had a wonderful experience with dealing with the owner and GM. I had a great time the night I went out, ended up misplacing my coat tag, and finding it in my purse a week later, and getting my jacket back from the club! Very happy with the all-around prompt and friendly service, I'll definitely make my way back in again.

  came here with some people from LA while shooting a film in town. Had to leave as the boys is our group were clearly told by staff they are not allowed to dance on the stages. Only women may be objectified and as expected Kelowna night clubs are clearly homophobic. I suppose a cute man dancing is a threat to there tough bouncers,

  Don't bother going unless its thursday the place is closed down except for upstairs. Thursdays are good with great djs and cheap beer for a club.
