  This is one classy Four Points by Sheraton. The beds and linen are just heavenly, rooms are well appointed and spacious, clean and well maintained pool and fitness center. I have worked in hospitality for many years and now a family member works here and I can vouch that the amenities and rooms here feel superior to what one would expect at a 3 star hotel. Might help that the property is fairly new. The location is great as well, with grocery stores, coffee shops, even a liquor store right around the corner and a local fruit and veg stand right across, it hardly seems like an airport hotel. Whether you are visiting Kelowna, taking a flight or just looking for a great spot to stay, I highly recommend this place.

  I love the convenience, cleanliness, restaurant, gym and pool. The hotel staff is so positive and welcoming as well! I will definitely stay there again when I have a late night or early morning trip.

  Attended private function and was blown away by the food! Room was nice. Also had a great breakfast the next morning. Quick helpful staff in restaurant.

  Went to the restaurant within four points to meet people. Seating was prompt and courteous and they informed us the kitchen was a bit behind so food might be a bit delayed which was a nice touch, better to know than wait and wonder. Food was tasty if not a bit pricey, more than your standard joeys or similar, closer to keg pricing. Service was also good, felt a little pushy about drinks but nothing too obtuse. Overall a pleasant experience, a good place to meet friends on a layover or similar. Not something I'd go out of my way to get to though.

  Got off plane, was late and needed a place to rest..room was excellent.clean room..small pet fee.. I was able to order some food, and brought up to the room.. couple of Coronas were excellent..
