  This is the best pawn shop in Kelowna by far. I have tried them all and premier pawn is the best. They pay top dollar and have the cheapest interest rates and provide longer terms on loans, and will always be reasonable as long as you keep in touch with them. They held on to my stuff for about a year and I managed to get every item back from them. They also offer a layaway option on purchases. Thanks premier pawn for not loosing my stuff like those other crooks! And for making my life a little more simpler when times were tough.

  I gave them a strict budget, an unreasonably quick timeline, and these guys exceeded my expectations. I was able to obtain and build the engagement ring I really wanted for my fiancé without breaking my bank. Premier Pawn is full of experts, amazing people, and you can tell they aren’t just pushing a big corporate brand. I’m very impressed by the service and care received by this amazing group of people.

  I initially went in to Premier with a friend who was interested in selling some of her old jewellery. I was very impressed with the service my friend received from the staff there. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient and fair. I was also impressed with the merchandise they have available in the store. Some beautiful jewellery - and nicely showcased as well. I didn't think twice about returning just a few weeks later with some products of my own to sell. Eryn and Martin were excellent to deal, and I left just as impressed as I was on my first visit. I will keep them at the top of my list when looking to shop or sell items they specialize in.

  I had found a beautiful picture online at premier pawn. Even though I live on the opposite side of the country, they were great to deal with. They took the time to get the item packaged and delivered to my home in Ontario within a few short days. Thank you for taking such great care of my picture and for a smooth transaction!

  We have visited this store several times over the years and have received excellent service from Erin, Kyle and Dave :) It gives us peace of mind when making a purchase knowing that the staff are well trained in understanding the different characteristics that contribute to the end cost of individual diamonds. The more expensive pieces have professional appraisals done on them which has made us more confident when considering a purchase from a pawn shop. We have purchased several movies, games and a few jewelry pieces over the years. Thank you to Dave for your help in our most recent purchase :) I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to browse through all kinds of neat items or is looking to find something unique to add to their jewelry collection!
