  Physio, Colin is very in depth and has great attention to detail. He treats concussions as well as other injuries with the same thorough, dynamic care. Colin was always thinking about and learning new things to try and see what would work best for my specific situation. We were constantly updating and improving my treatment plan and exercises/stretches in order to get the best results. I was also given both paper copies and emailed copies of my exercises and stretches so I could find them at any time. Colin is very caring, he goes above and beyond for his patients and always answered all of my very extensive questions.

  After suffering a serious neck and shoulder injury I sought help at PhysioActive. The staff have all been very professional and pleasant to deal with. They have been very diligent and methodical about treating my unusual injuries and have been a tremendous help in getting my health back. I have seen Kyla and Brett to take advantage of both of their skill sets as physiotherapists and I have also seen Nicole and Lisa for massage therapy, taking advantage of their individual skills. All four of them have valuable and different skills, this has enabled me to get the many different treatments I require all at one place.

  I was a fourth year university student trying to finish the last semester of my degree while going through a brain and neck injury. I can honestly say that I don’t think I would be graduating in a few weeks and moving on to graduate school if it wasn’t for all the care and help I received at PhysioActive!!

  Stay away, save your $95 for a REAL RMT. I actually called the RMT association and reported her. Incompetent. Unprofessional. She started late even though I arrived 15 minutes as instructed, didn't apologize. Didn't read the lengthy form I completed to see what my problem areas where. Lisa actually "massaged" the opposite side/areas and then proceeded to tell me that way my problem areas not what I stated.

  I went for an hour massage with Lisa Nickerson today. Unequivocally the WORST MASSAGE I have ever had!! I've had countless massage in 3 provinces and hands down Lisa Nickerson was the worst! She poked and pinched my skin in a very uncomfortable way and when I told her I didn't like it, it made me uncomfortable, she laughed!

  I hold my health care providers to a high standard and the team at PhysioActive have meet that standard and then some. If you are looking for great help there is no better place to go.

  I highly recommend PhysioActive in Kelowna, I ended up going there after a car accident that left me with a concussion and whiplash. Physio, Colin and the rest of the team at PhysioActive are absolutely amazing! The clinic has a very friendly yet professional atmosphere. The administrative staff were wonderful to deal with, they are so accommodating and do everything they can to make things easier on you such as reminder phone calls about appointments and juggling schedules so you can fit in a massage appointment right after your physio appointment. Massage therapist Lisa is great! She always asks what you are having trouble with that day and then really works on the tough spots. Also, perfect balance of conversation to get to know each other and then just letting you totally relax and chill out.
