  A nice looking facility from both inside and outside. A spacious parking lot guarantees a spot every time. The staff is always happy, helpful and welcoming. Price for the membership is fair (includes both the gym and swimming area) and nobody is trying to trick you when signing to it.

  The locker rooms are always clean and have lots of lockers. Some operate with a toonie and some with the membership card. Lots of toilets and a couple showers.

  The swimming pool area is adequate, one deep pool with a springboard, one actual race pool, a child pool including some toys and a hot tub. There is also a small sauna but only for adults.

  The gym is spacious and has all the necessary equipment, including many treadmills and spinning bikes. Enough space to work out even during busy hours. There is also a smaller spot with lighter weights.
