    Great facility for all ages. Good for serious lifters as well as those just looking to stay healthy.

    Nice place. Friendly staff. The squash courts were a little old and could use some upgrades.

    This gym is a big rip off! Every December they charge extra 20 bucks and are very rude about it.

    The biggest gym with the most equipment and amenities in Kelowna. Top notch place.

    Friendly and Clean with lots of equipment and variety of fitness classes, personal and group training sessions. Squash, Racquetball, Walleyball, Tennis and an amazing yoga studio. Full compliment of professional personal trainers, RMT, Athletic Therapist and Kinesiologists. This is a great full service club. Hot tubs, Steam Rooms, Dry Sauna, Towel Service and more.
