    I know it's Christmas and always expect a wait but that was ridiculous at the till. They have a new online order pick up so everyone in that line gets served first so the regular line was not being served with the 2 cashiers they had on. Then one of the cashiers decided to do a carry out like why not call someone? It was just a bad experience I think they need to reconsidered the till line up system that or I should start ordering online if that's the only way you can get service.

    My experience was pretty good until I got to the till and was insulted by your employee. I will not be coming back anytime soon. You need to higher better and understanding people.

    Not only has Best Buy completed their new renovations (which look awesome) the entire team has gone through a customer-service overhaul. Within minutes, you will have a friendly staff member walk over and make sure all your questions are answered. Well done guys - a huge improvement!

    HI,I finally have found the time to write this note.... 2 years ago I bought a laptop for my wife at bestbuy we payed around $900 for it. My wife only used it for pinterest and facebook. one and a half years into its life it just stoped working! So off to bestbuy we went."did you buy the warranty? answer no...so now its going to cost around $100 just to look at it....so I took it to another shop that my company uses and they said it was a "bic lighter" so I discarded it and wil never shop at bestbuy again! Sorry for you and me.....Pat

    Staff are generally ill-informed about the products they sell. Invariably, I am more educated on the item I'm there for. Not helpful at all.
