  Lied about the condition about an open box tv purchase on boxing day but thankfuply made it right with an exchange however it wasted 8 hours of time driving between cities to make it right.

  I had the most wonderful experience with the staff at Andre’s on Springfield. I went in when the Telus Mobility system was crashing, and one of the staff members, Matt, remained on hold for FOUR hours for me to get me the deal I wanted. Everyone was amazing and saved me so much stress! I would 100% recommend Andre’s when purchasing any electronics, but especially for mobile phone activations or changes. THANK YOU!!

  One of my first times venturing outside of a big box store for electronics and I'm glad I did. The gentleman who assisted me actually listened to my requests, helped me find a good compromise on the price / quality ratio I was looking for (buying a TV and TV stand), and was a professional the whole time. No pushy tactics and sensible advice, which is rare these days. Clean store stocked with quality brands, laid out intuitively. Overall, a positive experience.
