  I've only been here once so far but will definitely be back again and again. Their professionalism is so refreshing. Sure the car dealers are professional and have fancy waiting rooms but they always try and upsell me and no one ever takes ownership for the quality of work because they are just employees. It is clear that these guys truly care about your experience and giving you great service at a fair price.

  I Stop in at Valleypro Autohouse last week with issues on my brakes.I was basically steel on steel, they fit me in right away. They were up front and honest with costs. They had a guy give me shuttle ride all the way to upper mission area and picked me up 3 hour later and completed the job.

  Amazing customer service! Staff there were all super friendly and knowledgable. If you have a Volkswagen they are amazing. The owner is a VW enthusiast. I will go back for sure!

  Mitchell was phenomenal to deal with. He quickly helped me diagnose an issue on my 2011 Audi S4 before my trip back to Vancouver on the 14th of August. Would have no hesitation bringing my vehicle back here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop. Thanks again Mitchell!!

  Friendly and professional. The people at ValleyPro gave me an honest quote, taking the time to get me the best price on parts, explain the work and the time it would take to get the job done. No small job replacing an air conditioning unit! Because of the timing, I was also given a courtesy vehicle, which was much appreciated. In the end, the final price was less than quoted . Thanks guys!
