  I pulled my boat & trailer up from Vancouver and somewhere on the highway. I called a few places in town and no one seemed willing to want to fix it. I talked to Charles and explained that I had 3 young kids travelling in the vehicle and didn't want to take any chances and he said not to worry, he would figure it out and get it fixed! Great customer service and a very clean nicely ran shop. Thanks again Charles.

  I was having some issues with my windshield wipers today — the blades were fine, the motor worked, but as I soon discovered the nuts holding the arms in place were loose. I called Tops on super short notice and Charles said he had a few minutes and saw me immediately. Found the problem and fixed it, free of charge. Polite and accommodating, thank you!

  Tops Auto did a great job with my Sienna and most importantly, went through in detail what needed to be done, what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and an advance heads up that one more item may need to be changed with an estimate on that as well. Work was done at the quoted cost, in a timely manner, and with good workmanship. Plus the staff was very friendly. Very much appreciated that.

  Wait, a trustworthy mechanic? Yes, it's true. This shop helped fix a big issue for me in no time. I didn't have to wait for days or get looped around with convoluted answers on what the problem was. The best part? The price was right, too.
