  Colin the manager was extremely rude to my wife over the phone (anger issues). These guys will make up unnecessary work to be done on your vehicle to gouge the hell out of your wallet. No honesty, integrity or decency. Plenty of better places to go in this city. I imagine all the positive reviews are BS ones from the owners because I can't imagine how anyone could give a decent review of this place.

  Prompt, friendly service and fair prices. I really appreciated being able to receive an electronic version of my car report via text message and email. I've been to several automotive mechanics and shops since moving to Kelowna, and none have come close to the caliber of customer service that I received at A Plus.
