Simply amazing service... We were traveling through the city from out of town and blew a brake line... Ron and his team literally just saved our tour... Thanks again

I cannot say enough good things about this place... Even before I left my broken down car to the mercy of a mechanic, I could feel that I was in good hands at Autoplace. Despite my having very minimal knowledge regarding motor vehicles, they were so incredibly honest and sympathetic to my situation and went above and beyond to help me out. I'm so grateful for their service and for Ron's kindness and will be referring everyone I know and don't know to the team at Autoplace. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, seriously.

Amazing service. I came from Vancouver and had to stop because I thought I had brakes problems. It turned out to be more severe but Ron was amazing and as i was a student, he was very sympathetic! In the end, The part costs more than the labour! That says everything! Thank you!

If we could put a 0 we would. We answered an ad for a vehicle for sale. We were given the address of this business to look at it. At the time we thought the person selling was the owner as they had access to the business on a day it was closed. The vehicle had apparently been brought in for repairs and the owner did not want to pay what it would cost so sold it to Joe K an employee there, who then did the repairs and attempted to sell it for a profit. When we went to look at it we were told we could not test drive it because it had no insurance but that the mechanic had test drove it for a few days and it was all good to go and would be maintenance free for years to come. We picked it up Jan 2nd 2018 and 80 Km later the vehicle died on the highway (basically took it home let it sit overnight and tried to drive it to work the next day and got less than a km from our home). I notified Joe right away and he wanted us to get it towed from Armstrong to Kelowna. We had it taken to a mechanic shop in Armstrong where we were told that it had metal filings in the oil, had been overfilled with oil by at least 2 liters and that this most likely led to the oil pump blowing up. He refused to refund our money even though we told him he could take $500 off to cover towing it back there. Instead offered us $500 back out of the $4500 we paid and they would help us fix it as cheap as possible. If they had it for a couple of months as the ad suggests and it died in less than 100km after leaving the shop I don't think I have much faith in the mechanic to fix it right this time. We were told it needs a new motor so not sure what cheap would get us!
