  I bought my son his first car from this dealer in the spring of 2016 (M & H Auto Sales)(2004 Acura). When purchased, it had a a squeal coming from the steering and Winn Automotive said they would fix it at no cost as part of the purchase price. Our appointment to have it fixed was then cancelled by them and when we finally got them to look at it, they said they would order the part to repair it but we never heard from them again. Also, after a few months of driving this car we found out it goes through a lot of oil (this was not disclosed to us when we bought it).

  Wow what can I say about Winn Automotive!.... I don’t think I’ve been more impressed with the owner and staff here than I’ve seen in a lot of other businesses in a long while! Talk about an amazing good hearted down to earth caring person like the owner Bruce. My wife and I just recently purchased a used vehicle from here for her and Bruce literally would not let us leave until the vehicle was in top working order and he made sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He really went the extra mile! Not only do they sell quality used vehicles but having Bruce at the helm with his decades of mechanical experience is of great piece of mind. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles mechanical issues to Winn Automotive.
