  had a great experience a few years ago with shawn when i was buying my first new car at 18 years old, treated me like an adult which i respected (and is hard to come by), all in all had a great experience until my sale was finalized, then i had the financial lady using my personal info to get a discount at my place of work, calling me, texting me, phoning my work, then ultimately showing up at my work asking for a discount and stormed off when i refused. sales manager apologized said he would "deal with it" and nothing came from that and i hadnt heard anything after even though in my opinion she should be out of a job, shop does decent work but is incredibly inaccurate with their times and are super slow when getting parts, no courtesy car to accomodate the working adult, my list goes on. honestly just below average service in all departments, except shawn, definitely buy your car from a guy like shawn lol

  Horrible service staff. Have now brought my vehicle in twice from Merritt to be fixed and taking it back in the same condition with them saying there’s nothing they can do until the new year ! Worst of all they just let me sit there for hours without telling me there was a problem with the repair until I asked. Wasted hours of my time had to take a day off work and not get paid and spent two trips worth of gas money for nothing. Go to metro Mitsubishi instead they at least know what they’re talking about.
