  Extremely professional, efficient and friendly staff. Catherine who handles all service phone calls was very welcoming, and Dave who provides the complimentary shuttle while you wait was friendly as can be. The service manager assigned to us, Jeremiah, was so efficient, organized and honest, we couldn't have asked for better service from him. Many thanks to all of you at the dealership!

  The men and women at Orchard Ford do amazing work! From the Service desk, to the mechanics, to the shuttle service. Each employee treats me with respect. They explain things to me so that I leave feeling confident in their diagnosis and informed of all my options. I feel heard, and listened to when I visit Orchard Ford.

  I was approached by Matthew within seconds of arriving on the lot.... he was so attentive. Long story short after looking at 2 used vehicles and test driving 1.... we were in the office negotiating price...... it was honestly an excellent experience as I had never bought a vehicle from a dealership before. Never felt pressured into anything and am super happy with my new wheels... I would highly recommend him/orchard Ford to anyone in the market...

  When we required a new vehicle, we went to several different car dealerships to find something that met our needs and budget. Tala at Orchard Ford put as at our ease and answered all our many questions. We absolutely love our new vehicle and both the service we received and the vehicle we purchased exceeded our expectations. 10/10 would recommend.

  We were very pleased with everyone involved in the purchase of our new Ford Escape. We will have years of enjoyment. and know we will be looked after if the need arises.
