  Best service I have ever received over all from purchasing the car to having it serviced. The purchase was easier than buying a cellphone. The sales associate found me the exact car I was looking for within minutes and at the best price possible. Ten months later I had a fan issue so I took it into service and Mark was very understanding and made sure to let me know if there was any cost before I left, which there wasn’t because the Mercedes warranty is unbelievable. Two days later I drove over a nail just my luck, but Mark took care of that with unbelievable customer service, the timing and arranging a drop off and pick up service for me. I just want to say that buying a Mercedes was the best decision I’ve made. Thank you to the kelowna team and especially Mark.

  Fantastic team and always helpful. Go above and beyond to assist every time I have any issues or any warranty work to get done. Ran over a chunk of steel outside orchard park mall and they sent a service tech over to assist and got a replacement tire mounted and ready for me. Over and above what a dealership would do.

  The worst service I have ever have. Seriously, the seller doesn't know deep enough about the car function. They will only tell you the basic basic number when they are introducing the car. And also, they don't even know how to give the customer what they really want to get. If you want some is not in the package that shows in their monitor, they will only tell you "sorry, that all we can do." When you get your car to do the service, and they done the service, they won't tell you. They will tell you "I called, and leave an message. " Well , I check it. But there is not a single message. I mean that they should try their best to make sure their customers are actually got their message. They should be make a call and also email them. They don't even try, not all the customer are using voice mail for all the time. Those guys are not desire to work in MERCEDES. Maybe some people got the nice services and sellers, and the only thing I can say is, you guys are lucky.
