  After having moved to Kelowna from Winnipeg a couple of years ago, bringing my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid in tow, I decided to give Kelowna Ford Lincoln a try for my service needs. I found the staff there to be knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to my needs. In particular, Ken, the Service Manager is a great fellow who supports his staff and customers to the highest degree possible and he's been very good to me.

  I liked the place so much that when it came time to buy a new car last year I decided to give the Ford line-up another try and ended up purchasing a 2017 Ford Escape from them. I couldn't be happier. Steve Ferris was my sales rep. and, again, he was another great member of the Kelowna Ford Lincoln team.

  Our experience with Kelowna Ford has been very positive relative to the servicing of our 2013 Edge. Our recent purchasing experience of a 2016 Explorer, was positive as well. John O'Callaghan proved to be an attentive, knowledgeable sales person who took the time to understand what we were looking for and than helped us find it. We felt very comfortable with John during the sale and with Larry Marsh, who handled all the "paperwork". We remain loyal Kelowna Ford clients.
