  David Lopez was efficient and polite listening to my issues. He had my vehicle ready when promised. When the steering was not fixed appropriately the first time he was anxious and accommodating to get it repaired correctly. He communicated effectively and made sure I was completely satisfied.

  A very BIG thank you to Corey and the staff at Bannister. This was my first experience at buying a new vehicle and they all went over and above to make it a positive one. My late husband was employed by Chad, and was always proud to say that he worked there. Great group of people who followed through when they said they'd look after me. My son and I love our new Terrain!

  My wife and I want to send a huge thanks to Alvin Braumbereg and the team at Kelowna Bannister for all the help with the purchase of our new GMC Sierra last month! This was our first experience buying new and we feel that they did an excellent job finding us the perfect truck for our needs. We had a few extras added on and Alvin and the team were all great accommodating our time availability to do them and choosing the right extras for the truck. The service team did an awesome job with the installs... everything came out looking perfect! We couldn't be happier with our purchase and we would definitely recommend Kelowna Bannister to anybody looking for a new vehicle.

  I purchased my Denali in October. When I took delivery of my truck, it was one of my worst experience in purchasing a vehicle, items weren't completed when I came in. They had 1 week to add all extras and detail the truck. For me the stars are how a company takes accountability and delivers in the end. I spoke with the general manager about my concerns and he immediately offered me solutions. Also Leah in the finance department is one of the most caring, humble persons I've ever dealt with. She truly cares about your purchase as if it was her own. She follows through with her word and is very transparent. Overall my experience was great because how Bannister's dealt with my situation. Thank you

  I have taken my vehicle to Bannister for three service jobs + single extended warranty claim thus far. Overall I am very satisfied with level of service provided. Staff is attentive to needs, knowledgeable of product and flexible regarding appointment bookings & shuttle service. Any service concerns or questions raised were immediately addressed by Staff. I have used several valley Dealerships in past 9yrs for service work exceeding my skill level, sometimes with questionable results. I set service level bar high when it comes to my truck. Happy to see Bannister mirror this model.
