  Wow the view from this RV park is dynamic. The owners who live on site opened this park not even a year ago. They are still putting all the finishing touches to it but obviously have given a great deal of thought to every aspect. Currently there are only portable toilets on site but there is electric at every site. Water is available for filling your tank and a dump station is right on site. They have even created an area for a T-pee which is fully stocked for rental. Wi-Fi was weak but they were working on improving that. At the moment no laundry on site but again that is planned for the near future. The campground is located near many of the wineries and not far from town. The rv set up it a bit tight but the views make up for that. Give it a try. I suspect all future reviews will be five stars. J back

  I came to MacDonald's Acres in late June of 2017. I was unsure of the location and facilities as they were only recently opened. I was immediately struck by how welcoming and friendly the owners were. I was greeted and welcomed and they truly cared about my comfort. I was unable to connect my Wifi but after a short time Aimee had me up and running! The site overlooks the lake and has a picturesque view of the valley above the city. Immediately adjacent is a tree bordered country road which leads you down to a majestic overlook of the valley and river below. Throughout the property wild life is evident, deer and hawks may be seen and the feeling of the countryside will immediately lower the blood pressure if it was at all high! What a great spot to enjoy time with the kids, a grassy area and playhouse and games were laid out to keep them amused. This was my first visit but will not be my last! Highly recommend.

  Beyond anything I could have expected to make our wedding day unbelievable. So easy to communicate with from day 1. The view from this venue is one of the best in the okanagan, hands down! You won’t be disappointed! This venue together with Kayle & Aimee is the biggest thing to hit Kelowna yet!

  This venue was more than we expected it to be. They went above and beyond for our wedding. Everything was perfect. The view is unbelievable. Kayle and Aimee went above and beyond our expectations. We can thank you enough.

  I gave 4 stars as they are not yet fully set up, however they explained their plans to be which did give them 4 stars. They plan for sewer and water on sites (right now available but takes some work) and will eventually have shower facilities (this I misunderstood and was unhappy to not have shower access). The views can not be beat and the owners were very accommodating. I would recommend now if you have showers etc in your camper and would highly recommend to all after they complete set up throughout the summer. Simply call ahead as she was very honest about their situation.
