  Cyclepath is the best bike shop in town! The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped me with my first ever pair of bike shorts over 3 years ago (I had no idea what I was doing) and I've been coming back ever since. They take care of me and my bike and have even helped me learn how to ride with their awesome group rides! I went from falling off my bike on my first ride, to completing the Ride To Conquer Cancer twice and I'm looking forward to a third! Thanks to Garry and the Team at Cyclepath! You guys are awesome!

  Gary ,the owner of Cyclepath thankfully contacted me right after he read my negative review. In a phone call he told me how he dealt with the two salespeople. I am totally satisfied that the issue has been resolved. My wife and I would like to thank you Gary for your concern for us and your dedication in dealing with our issue. We feel welcome and will be back to shop at Cyclepath.

  We've bought all our bikes from Cyclepath. They have EXCELLENT service from very friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff. We would highly recommend Cyclepath to others who are looking to purchase bikes for themselves and/or their kids. We have even been able to trade in an older bike bought from Cyclepath and put that money towards the new one. Great program for kids!!

  My wife went into Cyclepath to shop for a gift for me for Christmas. She was approached by the bearded one with a very unwelcoming greeting. My wife was the only customer in the store . He and a younger male employee made my wife feel very uncomfortable. They seemed to not want to give my wife the freedom to shop in a comfortable manner. They were constantly interrupting and following her which eventually caused her to leave the store. She ended up buying my gifts from a competitor. I personally have spent a substantial amount of money in Cyclepath. My wife and I will never set foot inside that store. My motto is that I give my money to nice people. There are plenty of bike shops with nicer salespeople in town!
