  I have been a customer of Fabutan for years in Ontario. After moving to Kelowna, BC, I was very excited to hear that there was a location here. I have been here twice, and both experiences were dreadful; The first time I had to wait over half an hour after my scheduled appointment, I gave them a second chance and even with a different girl working, the service was no better and I left feeling mistreated and unwanted. I was rushed in without a hello (she was on the phone) and I didn't even get a chance to ask for a lotion which I would've like to have purchased. Overall I can not believe that anyone can treat someone with such ignorance, especially in a salon environment where customer service should be a top priority... I was looking forward to an inviting, friendly & relaxing experience (as it is at every other Fabutan location I have been to.) I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

  They suck I went in a spray tan it only got half my body and when I asked if they can 're do it there manager wouldn't do it I even bought all there products I don't recommend goin there

  I dont know where all these other bad reviews came from. Everyone who works here is very down to earth and nice. Always chatty and kind I always tell people how good I feel when I leave fabutan because its so relaxing and nice. Especially this one :)

  Customer service is not their strength. Got a lecture and attitude about not showing up for an appointment I didn't make, and an eye roll when I said someone must have made a mistake. Uh, okay... In the future I will drive further for stronger beds and friendlier staff.
