    I understand that you have different prices for men and women regardless of hair length and product used. Women charged more. Time to change that policy....

    I had my hair cut and eyebrows threaded by Zina the other day and WOW. I have never been more happy with the results! She did an amazing job AND was super accommodating and extremely nice. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back!

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My boyfriebd bought me a hair brush here for Christmas and it was broken. Went in to exchange it none in stock told they will reorder it and gave me a gift card. I have spoke to probably a dozen different people and still no hair brush or any kind of answer about it. I get the run around "we will order you a new one it will be here Monday". Monday comes nothing Tuesday nothing and so forth. Not once have they attempted to contact me on the status of the hair brush. I have had to call or stop in everytime. Dont waste your time or money here!!!!!!

    Very dissatisfied. Had a haircut but no shampoo or style. She said oh your hair is pretty clean so don't need to wash it. Cut took about 10 minutes. Thought I would be paying for just the haircut but was charged for shampoo and style as well. As I was paying for my daughter's haircut as well as some product, didn't notice until I left the salon. I called back and they just said yep, that's the way it is. Had I known, obviously I would have had the shampoo and style too. I told the stylist that I hadn't been to a salon in many years so had no idea how things work now. Would have been nice for her to tell me. Will not go back or recommend.

    This location truly has no idea of the meaning of customer service. I came in to return an item and was told by a young man with a modern cut that the store only performs in-store credit or exchanges for unwanted items. We expressed that we weren't aware and told at the moment of purchase. This young man instantly had a very aggressive tone and was extremely rude. While we discussed how we would move forward, the young man dropped a store credit on the counter and rushed us off. I am shocked that the managers, and higher departments, are allowing this type of behavior to continue seeing as the other reviewers had a similar experience as my own. I left the store feeling disrespected and extremely frustrated. We would have liked to come back for a different item, but after the incident we are genuinely afraid of coming into the store. Given that we were treated so unfairly and there were no grounds for the way we were treated, we will be pursuing a full refund instead of a different item.
