    Always had fast and efficient service here as well as courteous staff to deal with. Two thumbs up. And remember that everyone has an off day.

    The negative reviews are related to UPS as a company. This independently owned and operated store provides excellent service and were extremely friendly. They are not responsible for your bad experience with UPS at all.

    UPS has never been easy to deal with. Deliveries are lost. Deliveries are late. Changes are impossible. DHL and Fedex, especially in Kelowna, are MUCH better options.

    I've always had prompt friendly service. Have a post office box there that is addressed like an apartment for online shopping deliveries. Works great.

    Awful customer service. I was still asking questions on the phone when they cut me off and hung up. Terribly high brokerage fees also that feel like a scam.
