  Very Helpful Staff for the most part. Always friendly. I've always found what I was looking for. I would recommend this pet store.

  Booked appointment one week in advance. Lady at counter had a don’t care attitude. Came in for grooming and told we did not have a booking. Lady even remembered making booking the previous week. Asked to talk to the manager and it is clear he did not care about it either. We are in the store once a week for training, buying toys and treats. We get the dog groomed every two weeks. I guess we will take our business elsewhere.

  Staff are always friendly and helpful. The store layout makes it easy to find products. There are also awesome doggy clean up stations throughout the store.

  It's a pretty good pets store.. I mostly go here because they have a good selection of small toys for smaller dogs.

  DO NOT buy fishes from here. I bought 5 Mollies from here. I have had 4 die in less then two weeks. All my other fish that I bought from Pet City before they closed are alive and well.
