  DO NOT GO HERE!!!! WORST MASSAGE EVER. They do not use BC registered massage therapists. I went for a couples massage with my fiance and we walked out mid way through. They were inappropriate, giggling throughout the massage and not making us comfortable. The room was a closet that hardly fit two beds and was super hot. Very disappointing especially for the amount of money they wanted to charge us! Leanne- the owner was very rude and did not believe in our terrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

  I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this spa and would NOT RECOMMEND Elevation Spa to anyone. They DO NOT use BC Registered Massage Therapists and they DO NOT disclose this information unless asked. Leanne the owner was less than helpful and the prices they charge for a non-registered massage therapist is ridiculous. You can get a therapist in Kelowna for 1/2 the price and they are REGISTERED in BC. I have had MANY massages that are better than the one I had today (the person who gave me my massage was fine to good, but far from excellent) and all from REGISTERED therapists. The owner of the Spa talked a lot about quality of therapists in BC, why would she not then use BC trained and registered therapists? My guess is so that she can charge atrocious prices but not pay BC RMT wages to the "therapists" that work there.

  Just had the most amazing massage. I left the place feeling 10 years younger! I do not know the magicians name, but I highly recommend this venue. See you again at the same time in 2018!!!

  Had a wonderful massage from Mitch - he knows his muscles and is an Australian physiotherapist -great deep tissue work, followed by gentle strokes.

  I paid 130.00 for a one hour massage. For that price I would at least expect Spa level treatment, which you do not get at Elevation Spa. I WOULD NOT recommend this business.
