  I just love Kelowna store it's the best, I feel welcomed, customer service is greatttttt and I go home happy even without buying a thing.... they crack me out soooo friendly and easy going people. Namaste

  I had an excellent experience here and I wanted to share. I bought 2 tank tops about a month ago and I always buy a size 6, they fit great in the change room and I went home a happy customer. However I began to notice that after wearing these tanks for about half an hour they started to bag out/loosen quite a bit, and I was very disappointed as I love the fit and feel. I went back yesterday and bought a different colour in a size 4, as I figured now they will bag out to normal size (I might sound crazy for repurchasing but they are so soft and flattering when they fit right!). I explained to the lady as I bought the new tank my issue with the previous 2 I purchased and she told me to bring them back in. I brought them in today and spoke with a different lady, explaining my story and she swapped both used tanks for 2 brand new in size 4. Thanks Lulu you have awesome service!!!!

  Amazing customer service, a girl named Kelsey helped me find the perfect leggings and sorted out an issue with a previous pair. I'll definitely be back, such nice people!

  Amazing team of educators and outstanding managers that make a store that sells stretchy pants into one of the most giving and community driven teams in the Okanagan! Highly recommend the ABC's and the team in Kelowna!
