  I have been to many Barcelos in many countries but I really liked the one in Mauritius. The second restaurant that made me really enjoy my dining experience was the one in Kelowna. The staff played an important role in it; especially one waitress named ‘Muna’ (who should definitely get a raise!). She was really helpful and did actually followed my intricate order and delivered a top-notch service. Will definitely come back and bring my friends because I totally believe that good service is always a plus for having a good dining experience.

  Food and cashier guy were awesome but can't say the same about the waitress (decided not to use her name here) who served us. She acted as if she was mad at us for being there and did not even care to look at us while serving the food let alone saying "hi". She came to the table twice, dropped the drinks and food on the table and left. May be she was having a bad day or whatever but that's not how you treat a customer. May opt to visit the place again but hopefully not get served by the same waitress.
