  Hate this airport. Crappy and expensive long term parking, unfriendly security, and poor design. And now I'm stuck on the tarmac waiting because they have to fully unload a large jet coming in from Mexico before they can let us off our plane. Did I mention poor design?

  Great smaller airport - pleasant collection of retail with friendly staffing. Parking lot, pick-up and drop off areas well laid out

  Inexcusable delay in delivery of baggage. From the time our plane landed until the bags appeared on the conveyor, it was over 1 hr. 15 minutes. When the first bags finally came off, they were covered in an inch of snow, having been left on a cart on the tarmac for the time. I cannot fault Air Canada - the plane arrived on time. But the airport management, who look after the baggage unloading and delivery, needs to improve. Very disappointed.

  Terrible experience of a delayed flight. First the flight was delayed from 7:45 till 10:am because the air crew was not in position. Now that was a weather issue but the problrm came from the airport workers themselves who didnt get around to de icing the airplane until everyone was on board and then did a poor job because thry had to rush off and pull other aircraft out. They started the second attempt at de-icing at 1130 am when the flight is almost 4 hours late. This is clearly an act of incompetence and poor planning on both the work crews and the management. A person begins to think that you need to find a different airport to travel from.

  Love the airport. The people there are so nice. Great people service. Very helpful. Most of them know what they are talking about. Hard workers. Very good work ethic.
