  Our hot water tank failed on a Friday afternoon, so imagine our pleasure when contacting Vision at 3:45pm asking for a plumber to come out and install one that evening and receiving the good news from their office dispatcher Brandy that we could be accommodated. Their plumber Justin contacted us to set up a convenient time and got the job done efficiently all the while being very friendly and polite and offering us his contact number should we have any trouble this evening. We would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Thank you Vision for making a right good impression, Justin was an impressive company ambassador. We will be contacting you for our future HVAC requirements as well.

  My fireplace broke. Vision Mechanical came out and looked at it. They found that the company that made it went out of business over 15 years ago and that no parts were available. My neighbor had the same issue because we live in an apartment condo. She was told she had to purchase a new insert. She priced them out and the cheapest that fit were $5500. It took about 8 weeks but vision was able to find parts they were able to make fit and replaced my pilot assembly for under $700. The fireplace works like brand new and I love it. Thank you so much to Vision Mechanical for making this work for me. All of your employees are professional and courteous and wonderful to deal with.

  The tech that fixed our gas fireplace was professional, courteous and communicated well in each stage of the process. The ladies answering the phone at the office were friendly and helped to get the work completed. Based on our experience I would definitely call them again to work in our home.
