  Same day booking when others in the area were scheduling 2+ weeks in advance. Ryan and Brandon were friendly, helpful, quick and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

  I had Mr. Rooter from Kelowna in today to send a camera through my perimeter drain to check if it was clear. Before he came I told the dispatch that we had found the entrance to the drain and I was informed that was good and he would be able to send his camera up and if there was a blockage he would be able to clear it. When he arrived 1 1/2 hrs late after being sent to the wrong address he immediately started to tell me that he probably couldn't do much since wee didn't have clean outs on the corners and it was too far around to do from 1 entrance. He tried the 1 entrance and got in about 25 ft and ran into an elbow and couldn't go any further. He pulled the camera out and charged me $250 travel and $75 for his time. I am not impressed at all. I was warned ahead of time by my son in law that he had never had a good experience with Mr. Rooter trying to camera perimeter drains but the dispatcher told me there should be no problems. I am not impressed one bit with the service from Mr. Rooter and will definitely not be calling them again. I had to give them 1 star before I could post but would not even give them that if I had my way.

  Ryan is very good at his job and a keeper. We always have good service and nice techs from Mr. Rooter

  I just had the exact same experience as the previous customer. Luckily I asked how much it would be to snake the drain and the operator told me it be $250.00. This company just wasted my time having to wait for this guy to drive here to tell me. No wonder they do't quote you over the phone.. $250.00 is highway robbery.. Stay away..
