  Also discovered they took food and drinks out of the fridge and freezer while they were working. No permission was given and no request for the snack and pop was made. That's theft, also illegal.

  If you are looking for a company to bait and switch you, break your belongings, offer weak compensation for losses, and over charge on top of it all, call these guys. Otherwise look elsewhere.

  This compnay ripped off a 63 year old lady and should be ashamed of themselves. I would give them zero stars if it were allowed.

  After seeing this review they called mom and told her if I don't remove the reviews and posts here and on their Facebook page they will not be fixing her lamps. That's extortion, and illegal.

  Every removal firm seems to have a couple of negative reviews so we were somewhat reserved when it came time to choosing one.

  They turned up on time and went through the billing process. Make sure to listen when they say they bill hourly and to and from their business. They do tell you. Three guys showed up; Victor, Matt and Adrian (I think! I am terrible with names) and they worked hard from start to finish. I was really impressed. Everything was blanket wrapped, elastic bungeed and shrink wrapped where required for protection. We have expensive paintings and they were well looked after too. They even placed blankets under the truck ramp so as not to damage the concrete on our driveway. None of my over protective requests was met with anything other than a positive 'we can do that' attitude. The guys were friendly and polite. Moving your possessions is a stressful time and I wouldnt hesitate to book them again. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

  Excellent movers! I had no worries with how anything was packed, everything was wrapped and blanketed, they guys were quick and cautious with everything, and the owner Jake is a great guy to deal with! If i need to move again I will for sure call them again!

  They moved my mom. First they show up with an extra person and charged $50 more per hour than agreed. Tried to up charge for boxes when they were told they'd be provided. Broke $500 worth of lights in the move, offered $50 off in compensation. Wouldn't file an insurance claim as their deductible is $1000. Billed for 2 hours more time than they worked.
