  They are help full to every one, some time they are so bussy , and because of the location of this store is at down town that's why they have to work fast and I feel like they are doing great, I always feel happy to see them

  Staff are usually very, very nice, but sometimes the food is a little lacking, even if they aren't busy, it just isn't made great. This didn't just happen once, it's happened on multiple occasions. I've even gotten sick from it once.

  Food was good but there is a sign on the soft drink machine saying "no free refills". That just rubbed me the wrong way.

  Pretty disappointed with this particular location. Had a wrap and the broccoli & cheddar soup. Didn't give me the option to pick my options just told me "its recommended to have this and not that". I understand there are some items that shouldn't go in a sandwich press but just putting on veggies and sauce without even confirming if I want them on my wrap is pretty disappointed. Gives off the "You'll eat what I want you to eat" attitude. Things only got worse as the first few spoonfuls of the soup and I ended up throwing up and discarding the rest. Very disgusting, making me sick to my stomach. I do not know if its a different recipe than before or if the soup was left out overnight but it was something bad which resulted in getting sick.

  Never eating here again, 0/5 stars. Just the thought of potential food poisoning still makes me feel sick.
