  Cons - Floors aren't swept/vacuumed to well, showers drains are gross/barely ever cleaned.

  They would not let me check in, because even though I now live in Quebec, I gave them as my id my still valid driver's license with Kelowna address on it and they don't allow local residents to stay in a hostel. They didn't even bother checking the address, if they did, they would see that I actually lived in Winfield previously, about 30 min drive away, although that part of Winfield belonged to Kelowna municipality. So if I continued to live in Winfield and had a plumbing problem or fire or something, I could not have stayed in that hostel. Can you believe it? I could have argued I guess, but I chose to walk out instead.

  Good value. Nicely kept facilities. Wasnt a fan of breakfast but I would stay there again.

  Pros - Right near downtown area, quiet even though on road, big kitchen, free breakfast and spring beds. Rooms are large, lockers are small but can fit important things like camera/laptops etc.

  Rooms were very small. Others had a larger room for same price. Hot water ran out in the evening. Not good after a long day skiing. Evening bathroom became very dirty. Breakfast below average.

  Nice comfortable rooms for a hostel, shared bathrooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast isn't the best but it's free at least. Common social areas are nice and is close to alot of bars downtown.
