  I was very pleased. First it was a stone throw from the Greyhound bus stop and I walked over there. I was immediately attended to and the desk staff booked me a taxi, and assured me she would get the breakfast take-ready for me since I was leaving quite early the next morning. And surely it was ready. The taxi did not come as expected,not sure why. Anyway the new staff quickly ordered another which arrived within 5 minutes.

  We stayed in this hotel as our base for daily trips to the slopes of Big White this year again. Clean and nicely organized hotel. Great breakfast in the morning that kept us full till 1 pm included in the price. The drive to the mountain takes about 45 minutes. The scenery is beautiful. In the evening, good dining in places around the hotel or in the centre district of the City.

  The outdoor hot tubs are a joy at the end of a day in Kelowna and the rooms are always comfortable.

  Love this hotel...a little pricey but worth the cleanliness and service. Beds and pillows are wonderful. Smoking just outside the doors of every room. Pet friendly. Great breakfast for free. Highly recommend this hotel

  Stay here pretty much everytime I go to Kelowna. Rooms are simple but clean. There is a really long hallway, so when you check in ask where your room is and go park closer to it. If you have an Tesla you're in luck, there are plenty of chargers in the parking lot near the west entrance.

  I could use some help to find my room since I was in an unfamiliar place in the night. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

  This hotel is consistently good. We stay as a family and the convenience of the complimentary breakfast is always appreciated but it is better than just "convenient"- it is really quite good.
