  I bought a lovely Sapphire tennis bracelet here. It was slightly too large though, so we had it sent off to have two links removed. The staff is great but do NOT send your jewelry out, it is such a pain.

  Older lady that works there is rude and couldn’t give me the time of day , other lady stepped in and helped me she was very lovely to deal with , I’m thinking the other lady should just retire already!!!!

  Terrible. Don't go here. I got a ring and they did help me with that. But having to send it off to get sized has just been a nightmare. They keep saying, next Friday, next Friday. I was supposed to have it TODAY. Now I have to wait till the 11th of November. Who knows if I will even get my ring by then. Plus when you go in and talk to them, wow! Just wow. So rude and just talk to you like you're a complete moron. Once I get my ring I will NEVER be sending anyone to this garbage store.

  After sending my $2700 engagement ring in for sizing, and waiting a month to get it back, I've been calling them every day for the past 2 weeks to figure out when my ring will be back. Every single time I've called I've dealt with Pam, who would appear to have no clue how to do her job whatsoever, I've been told throughout the past 2 weeks that they don't know where the ring is, it's not in the system, and then after waiting for them to call me back, being told "it will be sent out today and you can come get it tomorrow!" Only to find out that the ring hasn't even been sent out yet on the day that I was supposedly able to pick it up. After spending that much money you would think the associates would have a degree of professionalism where they would only tell you that it's being sent out - if it was ACTUALLY being sent out. It also shouldn't take a month to size a ring, and don't tell the customer that their engagement ring "isn't in the system".
