  We got my engagement ring from Ben Moss in August last year, and a diamond has already fallen out (I take good care of it so there's no reason why that should have happened other than it wasn't set right). We called to ask about fixing it, and were told that the guarantee wouldn't be honoured and we would have to pay in full to get it replaced, simply because of change in ownership. The receipt says Ben Moss, the store says Ben Moss, but because the owners changed they won't do anything for us. Way to create a negative feeling about something that should be so special. Forget it, we're taking our business elsewhere.

  Go see Jim, he treated me with courtesy and care while shopping for my engagement ring! I was very pleased with the service and my fiance loves her 2 carat diamond!

  I just came from the store and I am at a loss for words. The lady was very rude to me I asked to see a ring she wouldn't even let me see it I asked about sizing she said it would be around $56 extra and that's fine I wanted to see it. She wouldn't let me I said I will get it sized she said no. I said can't I get it sized? No.. Like I can't afford the damn ring and it won't fit me.. I said I will go somewhere else that treats customers better.. She didn't even care I will be in contact with management!

  They were very patient with my soon to be husband and I! Have been on top of emailing me and getting me to come in every 6 months to get my ring clean and make sure it's all well and still ok :) very happy with the ladies here at Ben Moss in Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna.

  These guys are the bottom feeders of the jewlery industry. I've never met anyone that lies as much as this special bunch of individuals. Don't fall victim to their oily pit tricks to steal your money. Save your dignity and shop elsewhere, there are many other respectable jewlers in and around Kelowna.
