  These are very unprofessional people. They order your furniture try to compile it with extra orders to save a few bucks on freight.

  Then they bring the furniture to your door and it's damaged they give me a song excuse they are shorthand well what does that have to do with the intelligence level of the people you have working for u not to check the furniture which is something they should do every day if they receive shipments every day you should be unpacked and checked immediately but obviously they are not smart enough to do their jobs properly typical Pork & Bean company very unprofessional they deserved to go bankrupt.

  My Stressless chair is over 10 years old The tension knobs were completely worn out. They made a house call and replaced both knobs for free. Only charge was a $50 service charge.

  Needed a whole house of furniture. This was a one-stop-shop, good selection, excellent product and competitive pricing. The staff, including delivery, were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. We dealt with Brittaney who was a delight.

  Smooth pleasant transaction. Bought and delivered same day. The best part of my buying experience was how amazing Kenny and Doug were with the delivery process. They were so careful with my sectional and they had to take the stairs! Thank you!!
