    Very helpful staff. In years past, the store seemed to have a shortage of staff, but not now. Greeted at the door and directed to the right location for 1st item. Staff every aisle or so. Enough cashiers, so ... no waiting from start to finish. Excellent.

    We bought French doors last December on an offer of no interest paid for 18 months. The installation happened weeks after it was supposed to. First, the inside piece of the door was white (the door was black on the outside and white inside) and looked ridiculous. The owner of the installation company was going to take care of it. He came back 2 weeks later with another central piece but this time it was the right colour but the wrong size. Came back a week later with correct size but then added brown kick bottom plate. Was so frustrated at that time and just settled for what we got. A year later, we get a call from the credit company regarding our underpayment of the credit card because they had only applied 6 months interest free not the 18 month agreed time. Would never use Home Depot again.

    They are both super friendly and great at their job. They have both gone the extra mile on separate occasions to make sure I was looked after (after I approached them with a unique and difficult problem). I drive AAAAALLLL the way from Revelstoke (By-Passing the Vernon location) to come to this store. Admittedly, I am a little out of my element in a home improvement store so Thank-you Drew and Cora for things easier or me!
