  Your guys doing the unloading of items donated by my caring customers today were so very awful and they said they were there with you a long time! I asked to find out. So zero excuses on their uncaring and zero care! Not a single simple thank you given too and just a bunch of grumpys! If they care zero to be there then why not just get another freakin' job! Please hire some who care about their job like at Share and we should have just gone there. Obviously. Worst experience ever! They are just awful uncaring souls! And not proud Canadians EITHER! FIRE all of them!

  I thought about calling the manager the next business day but decided against wasting my time. Explaining concepts of common sense and courtesy, and that the donor of the sink would most likely have wanted me to have it in exchange for a cash donation to the foundation rather than having it sitting out in the snow seems a bit unnecessary.

  I love what this NGO is doing but I came across a really frustrating policy when they refused to sell me a bathroom sink from out behind the store. I noticed the exact shape of sink I needed amongst a bunch of toilets and tubs sitting in the snow after I dropped off some donations. I looked inside first and saw they hadn't any others on the shelf, so I asked one of the staff if I could buy the one out back. He said they had to be "inspected" first by their volunteer plumbing specialist for "health and safety" reasons and that wouldn't happen until the next week. I explained that I live out of town and I was trying to finish a bathroom reno and wouldn't be able to get back there any time soon. I promised I would take full risk of the sink not working or being somehow unsafe, but he wouldn't budge as they "don't have the manpower to handle these items" despite that I offered to pick it up and load it in the car myself. It's not like it was in some dangerous pile or way up on a shelf, as per the photos attached.
