  And yes, I talked with the manager who was quite condescending and could care less. I emailed them as well with absolutely no response. So that shows how great their costumer service is.

  I went to 1 class... The next day I had a bad accident on my bike and could barely stand. I attempted to cancel by phone, as I could no longer work and didn't have any savings.

  I really don't like the workers here, cuz whenever i see em they always put pressure on me to get a membership and i litterally feel harassed .

  I wasn't watching my bank account but Steve Nash took money out until my bank account shut down. When I went in to complain, they did absolutely nothing and they were quite rude to me. Said I didn't pay the cancellation fee of $50 (which is an insane amount).

  I walked in with the drs note, and cancelled but couldn't afford the cancellation fee and didn't think much of it as I was still in and out of the hospital.

  Very Disappointed with Steve Nash fitness, Canceled my membership a month ago only to get a call saying I owe them 60 something dollars for a membership enhancement fee." For what Steve Nash fitness I am not a member of your gym". I literally never write reviews but I am pretty pissed about this and just want to warn people that this gym is a money grab. Its a nice facility and the people that work there are friendly however they are extremely salesy and really just want your money. I'll be going to global from now on. You have lost my business and will never recommend anyone to this establishment. I'll pay you your $60 now but that will cost you more in the future. I hope head office sees this and adjust their ways of doing business.

  I love this gym! The new management is awesome. The Fitness Manager Willie is so knowledgeable and fun to work with and Dustin is awesome in UFC. I love the positive atmosphere and the great variety the gym has for all types. I was never a gym person but I feel very comfortable here, everyone is very friendly and will get you the answer you need.

  The guys at head office are terrible. I switched my payment info yet they still charged the wrong card. When I called and asked about the mixup the head office worked David said "It's a gym, its where people go to workout, they don't know about payment details" Like gee I wish I knew this when I gave them my credit card info? Either way I'm stuck paying til March which I am happy to do to get out of my contract. Sign up at H20 its 1/3 the price and has much more to offer
