  Tom knows his stuff and the service is excellent. No predatory sales agenda. He really took out all the marketing and helped us buy quality.

  9 months for our sofa to arrive and two days booked off work for delivery as they cancelled the first date at 2pm in the afternoon. When we voiced our concerns to the owner Rob this was his response...and I quote... "It sounds as though that everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with your order. I'll admit Treehouse has not handled all interactions or procedures as well as we may have. My apologies." Well Rob, apologies aren't enough when we've spent $$,$$$ in your shop over the past couple years, this is unacceptable by a mile. To bad we can't give negative stars. We should have shopped at Factor Furniture...we will from now.
