  We bought 2 twin beds. After the transaction went through on Visa we were told we had to wrap the old mattresses in plastic and gave us the materials to do so. At 91 and 86 this was a bit much to ask. I wanted to cancel the deal but was told the transaction would come through the office. When delivered we were told that they could not take the frame away --the salesman just forgot to tell us that it could not. Real sneaky on 2 counts. Never again at the BRICK and I will be sure to tell all who would listen.

  Impressive! After a couple weeks of grinding the local appliance companies, I decided to give The Brick a call - not expecting much - Jay M @ The Brick Kelowna killed it. 95% completed with 1 phone call – matched & then beat the competitions price hands down. Met us on his day off to process the payment - Nice work. Finally, some good customer service. Be like Jay.

  Horrible service department.... I have been waiting for almost a year for some hardware for my daughter's bed. I have been told countless times that someone will be calling me back and never hear from them. I have spoken with numerous managers and different departments and it feels as if they just put me through to someone else because that particular person does not want to deal me. I do not recommend this place to anyone, which is a shame because our salesman was amazing.

  Terrible quality of furniture. Nothing but problems with my couch set (the seams have come apart numerous times), and my coffee table was delivered damaged 4 times (Big scratches, dents, large chunk missing, etc). On the 4th delivery the manager said that was my last one.. implying that I was being too picky. She said they have a policy that they can only order the product for you three times before making you pick a new piece of furniture instead. How is this even a policy?? When you are buying a brand new product that has been ordered in, it should not arrive damaged. Took almost 2 months before I finally had a coffee table. Will never buy from here again.
