  The decorator, Diane and our sales representative Amber, then came out to our home to measure and provide suggestions. Diane was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We ended up ordering furniture for our living, dining and family rooms plus a variety of accessories and carpets.

  The layout of the store is lovely and it's very easy to look around and see the displays. Fantastic customer service. We are very pleased with our beautiful purchase. Our sales associate , Amber, was extremely accommodating and helpful. The delivery of our furniture was handled in a very careful and professional manner.

  I have to say that we had a wonderful experience from start to finish with our order. Had great help from Gillian and Dianne in picking the right furniture for our family room and kitchen. The order came in 2 weeks ahead of schedule, and the two young men that delivered it couldn't have been nicer. Very respectful of our house and setting up all the new furniture. Even helped us move our old furniture into the garage. I would shop there again in a minute.! Thank you again to all the staff that helped us.

  Dianne at La-Z-Boy Kelowna is amazing. We were on the look out for new furniture, lamps, rugs, and coffee tables but not quite sure what we wanted. Dianne offered up many ideas, and even drove out to our house an hour and half away to see the what would work in our home. Next visit to the store, she had several options laid out for everything, and we picked what we liked with her guidance. Painless and easy. We were told it would be weeks for delivery so we were very surprised when we got the call that everything was in 4 weeks early! So impressed that we have ordered a few other items as we know we are in the best of hands with Dianne at the helm. Anyone heading to La-Z-Boy Kelowna, ask for Dianne!

  We had a great experience at Lazy Boy. We worked with Amber Planedin and Dianne Haber. Amber is the sales consultant and Dianne is the Interior Designer. Both are extremely professional and very helpful . They both came to our home took measurements and looked at what we were trying to achieve, then we met them at the store and they had laid out different options and ideas that we could use. Never once did we feel pressured or rushed. They wanted us to be very pleased with our purchase. Amber was great at helping us track our shipment although it took a bit longer then what we would have liked but was within the time we were quoted. Very happy with the service of both these Ladies and would highly recommend both of them.

  Our experience at Lazy-Boy Kelowna has been great! When we first arrived at the store, Amber, a pleasant, friendly sales representative, greeted us and directed us to what we were searching for then left us to look explore. After a suitable period of time, Amber returned to answer our questions and provide pricing.

  When our items arrived, our decorator once again returned to our home to supervise the unpacking and placement of the furniture.
