  We'd invite them to our store and try to negotiate and keep our customers if we can, certainly not tell them to not come here and go somewhere else.

  Well enjoy your near minimum wage job Henry, the way you deal with customers I think you'd be more suited to pushing a homeless cart downtown. There was no need be an as....hole. A week earlier I had Glen for my salesperson and he didn't behave like that and I bought furniture from him.

  Since it was boxing I asked for a discount on a picture, the picture was obviously there for a long time, I was there over a year ago and it was hanging in the same spot.The jerk sales person I was unlucky enough to talk to was Henry, he proclaimed they don't do discounts or negotiate for things at the Ashley store. He was very rude and his tone of voice became very abrupt with me and told me not to bother coming down to the store. Well, I just bought a couple thousand dollars of stuff from Glen there last week, should I cancel after being told not to come to the store? I work in sales myself and own my own business, I employ several sales staff and can say we'd never treat or talk to people like Henry did to me. Where did you get your training a milk carton?

  helpful staff. unfortunately the product we picked out was already sold(and forgot to be tagged as sold), so had to switch to a more expensive piece. when loading the piece onto a dolly the dropped it and broke it, they ordered us a replacement piece for free. not the end of the world, just more of a stressful buying experience than i would have hoped for.

  Visited Ashley Furniture for the first time today and can say it will also be the last. Attractive products and pricing but unfortunately abysmal sales staff. The one in particular I dealt with was reluctant to offer any help at all and seemed to be inconvenienced by my presence. I had a sofa chosen to purchase but my sale didn't seem of any importance to this gentleman. I am in sales and service myself and would never undervalue a potential customer this way.

  Very helpful staff! Bought a beautiful dresser here and was given excellent customer service. Would definitely buy from them again!
