  My experience talking with Kyle was great! I hadn’t even started to ask about his actual product and he was talking to me about all my options, giving me information and telling me how to raise my credit score. I learnt so much about things I’ve been doing wrong and didn’t even know it. He was kind, courteous and funny! I am going to contact him again to go over my options and next steps!

  I was skeptical at first when I contacted Refresh Financial as I believe they are new , But have read good reviews so I tried it ,And its the best decision I've ever made. Kyle is beyond Amazing ,very patience , understanding and helpful person ever . He answer my question big or small , he helped me through the process and explained all the details of the plan. And I just couldn't say thank you enough to this company , and they should have more Kyle as well .

  Kyle from Refresh Financial has been my credit guide and he has been amazing. For years I struggled with my credit rating, trying to figure out how to help it and increase it and tried many things with no success...then I heard about Refresh Financial and I thought Id give it try..what the heck right? I was prepared for it not to work and wasn't very optimistic upfront....I didn't see much change in my score for awhile and then I became in contact with a representice from Refresh Financial named Kyle Dolphin....this young man is a credit genius! I gave him access to my credit karma report and he helps me and advises me what things I should do, which creditors to pay off first and really gave me a solid understanding of how credit works...this young man truly cares about his customers and within 3 weeks of working with Kyle on my credit, my score jumped from 507 to 642!!! I couldn't believe it. He noticed it before I did and actually called and emailed me to tell me the good news. I am a very happy customer of Refresh Financial, particularly Kyle Dolphin. My goal is to buy a house within a year-something I never thought I could do because of my dim credit situation...now thanks to Kyle and Refresh, my financial goals seem more than achievable...he really makes you feel like he cares...and he does. Let Refresh Financial help you too! There is light at the end of the tunnel!

  Thanks to Sarah at Refresh Financial i was able to rebuild my credit and get into new Jeep. I already have multiple things reporting so I decided I did not require their program. Despite me not joining the program Sarah has educated me on credit and has continually worked with me to help me reach my goals. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking education about credit or anyone needing help to rebuild.

  Spoke with a representative named Raelene for over an hour and she was tremendous throughout. She helped thoroughly explain credit scores, the refresh programs they offered, and most importantly its value for me in accordance with my financial goals. Wonderful customer service.
