  computer technicians have zero knowledge about the products, very rude, keeps damaged products and not bothered about it. If your not buying the warranty treatment gets worse, I wanted to run away from this negative atmosphere ASAP. Sales manager was excellent, very empathetic and he knew what he was doing. Please hire more people like him

  Went in to buy a computer 22 days ago. The staff member we got was very helpful in making our decision....no complaints with this person. But it is from there that things go wrong. Order our computer and we are told it will be 3 to 10 business days. Check in a couple of days online and find out that our computer won't be shipping for 22 days. Their math is pretty messed up as at even 10 business days, it is taking much longer. So we wait....all the way until today when it was supposed to ship and get a message saying that they are no longer going to sell that particular computer and now we will have to find something else. AFTER WAITING 22 DAYS. Could they not have figured this out sooner? I will not risk another extended, and disappointing wait with Staples!

  I was having a super hard time finding stuff I needed and went to the till to ask for directions. The young lady there named Taylor was so helpful to me and extremely polite . I found what I was looking for. When I was ready to pay , I went back to Taylor's line and was treated so well. She is so friendly and professional.

  We find the ease of ordering online, and having our office supplies delivered directly onsite the next day is very convenient. We've done this a few times and absolutely love it. The pricing and quality of the items we receive is top notch.

  It would be nice if you guys actually answered your phone! The message states the hours and then asks you to press 9 to go back to the main menu. When you go back to the main menu it just repeats the same message about business hours. So frustrating!
