  Optical department is great. Cathy is very helpful and extremely happy with the service that she provided to make sure everything is correct.

  Thus Costco is well equipped but brings out all the angry crowed from in and out the city. At any given point there will be an argument over parking space. People shop there as if they are going to war. Not a feel good vibe.

  Go weekday mornings or late afternoon on weekends or you may be trampled by the crowd of shoppers there.

  Once in a while you can find Canadian made products. So that's good. The parking and lineups are nothing to look forward to.

  You'd better have time to look around if you're there for something specific. Finding a staff member is harder than finding what you need.

  I come here for mostly for optical, pharmacy, and hot dogs, and I often come when it's not a weekend, so it's not as hectic. I dropped by today around noon, and the parking lot seemed pretty. Full already, and the queues at the cash were also a bit off putting. However, I've always found the things I need without too much of a hassle. (Honestly, though, who doesn't come for the hot dogs and pizza?) Staff I have spoken to are always friendly. I would shop here more if I didn't live alone, and required more groceries.

  Comfy shoes are a must when going to Costco, especially this one.
